By visiting ecoproduct.pk, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.
These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of our website. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of our website immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved under Pakistani jurisdiction, with Karachi as the designated legal venue.
2. Products & Pricing
All products listed on ecoproduct.pk are eco-friendly, sustainably sourced, and described as accurately as possible. Please note the following:
We strive to display product images, colors, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color may occur due to screen settings.
All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
Products are sold subject to availability. In the rare event that an ordered item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or suitable alternative.
Discount codes and promotional prices are valid only for the specified period and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
3. Orders & Payments
Placing an order on ecoproduct.pk is simple and secure. Here is what you need to know:
You will receive an email or WhatsApp confirmation once your order is successfully placed.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, and online payment via secure gateways.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After dispatch, cancellation is not possible.
Eco Product reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at its discretion, with a full refund issued.
⚠ Note: Providing false, incorrect, or fraudulent payment or delivery information is strictly prohibited and may result in order cancellation and legal action.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We deliver across Pakistan using trusted courier partners. All orders are shipped in eco-friendly, plastic-free packaging because sustainability doesn’t stop at the product.
Standard delivery takes 3–7 working days depending on your city. Karachi orders may arrive sooner.
We deliver to all major cities across Pakistan. Remote areas may require additional time.
All orders are packed in 100% plastic-free, recyclable or compostable packaging materials.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your order at Track Your Order.
Eco Product is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, public holidays, or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a fair and straightforward return policy. Full details are available on our Refund & Returns page.

- Unopened & unused products
- Opened or used products
- Items returned after 7 days
- Products damaged by customer
- Sale or clearance items
Refund Timeline: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 working days via the original payment method. For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on ecoproduct.pk — including but not limited to logos, product images, text, graphics, page layouts, and brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of Eco Product and is fully protected under Pakistani copyright law.
You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content from this website
You may not use our brand name, logo, or images for commercial purposes
You may not scrape, mirror, or create derivative works from our website content
7. User Conduct
To maintain a safe and respectful environment for all our customers, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on ecoproduct.pk:
Submitting false or fraudulent orders
Hacking or attempting to breach site security
Posting abusive or offensive reviews
Impersonating another person or entity
Using bots or automated tools to scrape data
Spreading misinformation about our products
8. Limitation of Liability
While Eco Product takes every measure to ensure a smooth shopping experience, we are not liable for:
